KidsPlay & Baby Hub is committed to delivering quality playground equipment, indoor play items, and early childhood development solutions. This Return & Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may be considered.
Due to the nature of our products and services, not all items are eligible for return or refund.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be considered only if all the following conditions are met:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The item has not been installed, used, or altered
- The item is returned in its original condition and packaging, where applicable.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made or specially ordered items
- Installed or partially installed playground equipment
- Used items
- Clearance or discounted items
- Consultation fees and site assessment fees
- Transportation, logistics, or site visit costs
These exclusions apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged during delivery, or
- Incorrect compared to the confirmed quotation
Please notify us within 48 hours with
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs or videos as evidence
We will assess the issue and, where applicable, offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Refund Process
Where a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible
- Refund processing may take 7–14 working days, depending on the payment channel
- Any applicable bank or transaction charges may be deducted
Refunds are issued only after assessment and approval.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered where:
- The returned item meets return eligibility criteria
- The replacement item is available
Price differences, if any, will be communicated before processing the exchange.
Returns Logistics
- Customers may be responsible for return transportation costs unless the issue resulted from our error.
- Returned items must be properly packaged to avoid further damage
We are not responsible for items damaged during return transit.
Services & Consultation
All consultation services, site visits, and professional fees are non-refundable, once the service has been delivered or scheduled.
Cancellation requests must be communicated in advance and are subject to assessment.
Right to Decline Returns
Kids Play & Baby Hub reserves the right to decline any return or refund request that:
- Does not meet this policy
- Is reported outside the stated timeframes
- Shows evidence of misuse, installation, or alteration

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
